Kristam McMenamin is the Founder and Managing Principal of the newly launched McMenamin Consulting Group (MCG), a woman-owned small business providing consulting services to public and private sector clients.
Having worked at a wide variety of government agencies and with Big Four firms, Ms. McMenamin has 24 years of consulting experience in customer relationship management, strategic planning, business process analysis and improvement, facilitation, change management and organizational analysis, human resource planning and analysis, training development and delivery, agile development, and information technology assessment and implementation. From 2004 until launching MCG, Ms. McMenamin served as MP for The Legacy Network, an award winning consulting firm that she was proud to have co-founded and led to great success.
Strategy and Operations Manager, Microsoft Adam’s experience includes four years of experience in progressive Strategy and Operations Management at Microsoft. Responsibilities include proactively supporting business groups by serving as a trusted business advisor to the General Manager and leadership team, striving for process improvements, identifying and solving complex business issues, providing field-level support, and completing special projects for the Vice President’s office. Previous experience in a variety of professional occupations, including lobbying and legislative organization at the state and national level, management and legal experience in a commercial law firm, project management execution, and entrepreneurial achievements. Adam received a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Business and an MBA in Analytics and Marketing from Indiana University. He holds Project Managers Professionals Certification (PMP) and Certified SCRUM master.

Andrew Matz is currently a student at the Robert H Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland where he is earning his MBA. Prior to studying at the University of Maryland, he worked as a senior research analyst at CEB (Corporate Executive Board), where he advised FP&A executives on topics such as budgeting, forecasting, and analytics. Andrew has volunteered at Computer CORE in a variety of fashions over the past three years. He has served as a lead instructor, assistant instructor, and has held other various roles relating to recruitment.

Feven Getachew runs Liz Marketing LLC, a company that provides small- to medium-size businesses with graphic design, promotional materials and print products. In addition to her company, Feven founded a small nonprofit that helps young girls in Ethiopia go to school. The Path for Her organization supports girls in their educational efforts and helps them stay in school by providing them with educational resources. In addition to being on the Board of Computer C.O.R.E she is also an active member of BNI, Mount Vernon Chamber of Commerce and Tyson’s Corner Rotary club.

Sal Bezos is a Director in Sterne Kessler’s electronics group, where he provides services as a patent attorney in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications before the United States Patent & Trademark Office. He is also involved in the firm’s patent office litigation practice, and has represented patent owners and petitioners in numerous post grant proceedings.
Sal holds a J.D. from George Mason, an M.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Georgia Tech, and a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Virginia Tech. He is an Adjunct Professor at George Mason University School of Law, where he teaches a course on patent writing. He previously served as the chair of the Technology and Engineering Education Advisory Board for Fairfax County Public Schools where he evaluated the technology curriculum for area middle and high schools.

A recognized expert in Human Capital assessment, Organizational Communication and Change Management; experienced within non-profit, federal and commercial clientele across Health IT, education/training, security, hi-tech, pharmaceutical, insurance, and retail sectors.
Peter is a successful leadership mentor/coach, providing clients’ strategies and tools to improve their internal and external facing processes. It is that mentoring that attracted him to Computer CORE, and to become an active member on the Board of Directors after first volunteering as an instructor. He has been married for 27 years to his mentor and best friend. He is originally from South America, and has lived on three continents.

Bill McGrath is the Managing Director in Utilities Consulting, focused on complex solution delivery and agile delivery at scale. He has over 22 years of IT Delivery experience with 5 years in the utilities industry. He has developed a number of Accenture practices helping clients in agile development, IT process improvement, PMO, requirements definition and deployment. He has also supplied delivery leadership for a number of first to world IT programs including: Delivery Lead: Intelligent Pipeline Solution, a partnership between GE, Accenture and Columbia Pipeline Group, PMO Lead: $300m Intelligent Mail at USPS, PMO Lead: $1B SAP program at products retailer.
Bill ‘s specialties include IT process improvement and transformation, methodology, agile development, development tools, CMMI, Six Sigma, requirements management, and program management. Matt McQueen serves as the Chief Communications Officer for Peraton, a national security company. Matt is the company’s senior communications advisor and leads an integrated team with responsibilities for branding, media relations, employee and executive communications, digital and social content, and tradeshows and events.
Prior to joining Peraton, Matt spent more than 18 years with Northrop Grumman Corporation, most recently as director of Communications for its Cyber and Intelligence Mission Solutions and Space ISR Systems divisions. He previously held senior leadership roles in strategic communications, government relations, strategic planning, and business development at Northrop Grumman.
